My Ongoing Journey with Al Mashhad’s AI Transformation
I am proud to be part of an ongoing journey that is redefining the future of broadcasting through Artificial Intelligence. Since early 2024, I’ve been actively contributing to Al Mashhad’s AI Integration Program, a pioneering initiative recently featured in BroadcastPro ME Magazine (November 2025 Edition). This project represents a major shift in how AI is embedded within live newsroom operations – designed not to replace creativity, but to amplify it with intelligence, speed, and precision.
Working within the technology and innovation team, my focus has been on helping build and evolve a hybrid AI ecosystem that supports every stage of production—from content ingest to on-air. This includes real-time subtitling, translation, video enhancement, automated reels, and intelligent metadata generation, all governed by human editorial oversight.
A core part of my contribution has been in the development of the Enterprise AI Landscape, an orchestration platform that connects our editorial, creative, and technical workflows through a single AI portal. This foundation ensures seamless collaboration across departments while maintaining efficiency, scalability, and data security.

Another major milestone I’m involved in is the advancement of Al Mashhad’s proprietary Multimodal Context Protocol (MCP) an in-house framework fine-tuned for Arabic media workflows. The MCP integrates text, video, and audio models, enabling generative capabilities like text-to-video, avatar-based synthesis, and voice cloning, powered by high-performance GPU servers for real-time processing.
These innovations have already delivered measurable impact:
- 70% faster subtitling and caption generation
- 85% improvement in metadata tagging efficiency
- 40% faster news summary drafting and archiving
More importantly, the project continues to emphasize responsible and ethical AI. I’ve been directly involved in implementing human-machine collaboration markers (HMC), provenance tracking, and deep-fake detection layers ensuring transparency, authenticity, and compliance across all AI-assisted outputs.
The initiative remains in active development, with ongoing milestones focused on predictive operations intelligence, localized AI voice synthesis, and virtual news presenters. Each phase brings us closer to a fully intelligent broadcast ecosystem that is both human-centric and future-ready.
Being part of this transformation has been a defining experience one that bridges technology, creativity, and responsibility. As this project continues to evolve, I remain committed to pushing the boundaries of AI-powered broadcasting and helping shape a future where automation enhances, rather than replaces, the human craft of storytelling.
